Despite moderate snow capped with ice, Shaun drove in dangerous road conditions and was here promptly at 8 a. m. A most competent polite young man with exceptional communication skills. He not only protected the areas in which he worked with a large protective cover,but also hung a special curtain to exclude draught from the slight opening in the window for the hose.
