“Customer service at its absolute best. Michael, the engineer, was outstanding. His telephone call, the previous evening confirmed an 8.00am start the following day. As arranged, on the dot, he was there. This was not an easy system to sort out but but he was not going to be beaten and he stuck at it until the system was working perfectly.
