“I would like to thank you for phoning me back to give me the time your engineer would be calling also the way your engineer carried out the work. Kostas was very polite, joval, tidy and did an excellent job. He stayed after completing the job to make sure everything was working and left the job clean and tidy, very pleased with his work - big star to Kostas. One little complaint - I did give him a breakfast and he left me with the washing up (to be honest he did offer). Thanks for a job well done would gladly have Kostas back again. ”
